Instead, all regulated services accessible via our platform are delivered by third-party financial institutions that are duly licensed and authorized to operate within their respective jurisdictions.

Liquefi ensures compliance with applicable European regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA), to the extent applicable. As an auxiliary service provider, we do not hold client funds, provide investment advice, or offer custody of digital or fiat assets.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liquefi, its directors, officers, employees, and service partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms;

This indemnity obligation survives the termination of your account or relationship with us.

You will be informed of the specific licensed provider responsible for any regulated service you engage with at the time of onboarding or service activation. Each partner operates under its own regulatory framework and is solely responsible for its obligations and disclosures.
